Hello! I'm originally from Cardiff in Wales but am currently living in Hagi-shi, Japan. I'm an Assistant Language Teacher on the Jet programme and have set up this blog to act as a diary of my time here and also to let friends know what I'm up to (I hate group emails as much as the next person!). Well I'm sure that you've heard about Japan's capsule and love hotels but I just thought that I would introduce you to the new craze that is sweeping the nation: pavement hotels! They're easy to find when munted out of your brain, they're cheap and never fully booked. Dont know why it hasn't been thought of before. You should try it some time!
