Hello! I'm originally from Cardiff in Wales but am currently living in Hagi-shi, Japan. I'm an Assistant Language Teacher on the Jet programme and have set up this blog to act as a diary of my time here and also to let friends know what I'm up to (I hate group emails as much as the next person!). May I please take a moment.... for Mos Burger. The best invention since the burger! I bloody love that place! Although, I have frequented this particular establishment far too often as the guy who works there now knows my order and and supplies me with extra mayonaise without even asking. mmm!

Mos Burger is indeed heavenly. But if you ever get a chance try Freshness Burger, damn tasty. God I need ramen last night.....
